After an initial private beta phase, we're now getting started with making tiq available to all early adopters for free.

  • Users get started with the tiq free tier that stays free forever.

  • Creating teams is free for now and does not require the registration of payment options.

  • Features like repository and issue management integration are work in progress and will be available before enabling payment.

Making feedback collection and manual testing of your web app fun

tiq integrates into your web app via a script tag or a browser extension and enables you and your team (and soon also guests like external customers) to place feedback and bug reports directly on your web app without leaving the page or any other context change. These feedback and bug report items are called tiqs and they are automatically augmented with critical technical metadata upon creation (browser, OS, input methods, preferences and more).

tiqs can also include attachments like screenshots or documents and be commented. You can link any tiq to new or existing issues in your issue management tool of choice with one click, and thanks to the 2-way synchronization, your tiq always shows the state of progress of linked issues without having to manually check the backlog.

What you can expect during beta

As the name suggests, the product is subject to significant changes in the next weeks and months. This also means that you are able to actively participate in the prioritization of new features and changes. We will keep you posted on changes and proposals in this blog and highly appreciate you keeping us updated on what your needs are via our X account or our support mail.

We hope you enjoy using our project as much as we love to build and use it!

Best regards, Glenn
