Managing deployments

As your project evolves, you will likely encounter different versions of the project. This might be due to the ending of a review stage with your client or a new rollout of your own product.

To let stagewise know that the next deployment is getting rolled out for a review, you can create a new deployment of your project in the stagewise app.

To create a new deployment, choose the desired project from your project overview. From the project detail view, change to the 'versions' tab.

Simply create a new version, specifying the name of your new version and the deployment-URL. If the URL remains the same, your old deployment will automatically be closed. You can manually close a deployment by clicking on the lock next to the version.
