Creating a new team

Learn how to get started with using stagewise in a collaborative environment

stagewise unleashes super-powers when used in a team. 🦸🏻‍♀️ Configuring teams correctly will not only improve your in-house issue management but boost the efficiency of the feedback iteration with your clients.

If you use stagewise in-house, you would want to create a team for a group of stakeholders and developers of your own web-apps. If you are an agency and are boosting the feedback iteration with your clients using stagewise, you would likely create a new team for every customer, so they can join to leave you their feedback.

To create a new team, you could start from your project overview. Click on the select-button in the header-bar. From there, select "Create new team".

Specifying name and image

Give your team a concise name. The name could represent a client that you are building a web-app for or a name of your own SaaS-product.

You can either upload your own image or let us generate one for you. But be honest, our images are the best. 🤞🏽

Add Members

You should add all the stakeholders and developers that have interest in reviewing the web app to the team. But don't worry! You will still be able to add or remove members later on.

All of the team members will be able to join the active whiteboards of your projects. That means that the whole team can participate on the reviews and feedback. 🤝🏽

Configure Billing

Based on your plan you will have to configure the billing. You can read more about our pricing here.

Once your team is set up, you can create a new project which will be available for the whole team!
